If you no longer require your appointment or are unable to attend, please contact the surgery and cancel it as soon as possible so we can offer it to someone else. You can also cancel your appointment using the link provided on the text message reminder.
The missed appointments are being monitored on a weekly basis. If you miss an appointment, you will get a text message to remind you about the missed appointment.
